Public procurement contracts are agreements that lie at the intersection of the provision of public services and private law relations, and in practice, they give rise to multifaceted legal problems. Resolving disputes arising from these contracts is of particular importance in terms of protecting the public interest, ensuring legal certainty, and the efficient use of public resources. This work brings together the papers presented at the Symposium on Dispute Resolution and Current Developments in Public Procurement Contracts, held on January 9, 2026.
The study addresses topics such as the impact of administrative court decisions on ongoing contracts, current legislative changes, the distinction between administrative and judicial courts, the scope of application of the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations, price difference disputes, assignment of contracts, and arbitration in light of current developments.
Prepared with contributions from high-ranking judicial officials, academics, and practitioners, this book aims to contribute to academic and practical studies in the field by bringing together current discussions on public procurement contract law.
