This project aims to develop a comprehensive mediation-based resolution model that supports the constructive, peaceful, and sustainable management of internal institutional conflicts. By approaching disputes as part of an institutional ecosystem, the project positions mediation as a strategic mechanism that strengthens organizational culture, communication, and cooperation. The model developed is designed to be applicable public and private sector institutions.

This project, supported under the TÜBİTAK 1001 program, aims to analyze the causes, parties, and dynamics of conflicts arising on university campuses using scientific methods. The study seeks to develop a sustainable institutional solution model based on mediation by evaluating the effectiveness of existing conflict management mechanisms on campuses.

"We'll Reach an Agreement: A Peer Mediation Project for Young People" is a practice-oriented training and awareness program aimed at enabling young people to communicate constructively in conflict situations, develop empathy-based solutions, and strengthen a culture of reconciliation among peers.
