The book, titled "Peer and Family Mediation Application Seminar," consists of a compilation of papers presented at the seminar on "Peer and Family Mediation Practices," held on December 23, 2023, in collaboration between the Peer Mediation Association (AKRANDER) and the Family Mediation Association. The work aims to bring together theoretical knowledge and practical application in the fields of peer and family mediation, presenting current discussions in the field from a holistic perspective.

The book titled "Mandatory Mediation Practices in Disputes Arising from Lease Agreements" comprehensively addresses mandatory mediation in lease disputes within the framework of the regulations introduced by Law No. 7445, published in the Official Gazette on April 5, 2023.

The abstract book of the "Future of Mediation II Symposium," held at Ibn Haldun University on May 24-25, 2024, aims to shed light on the future of dispute resolution methods by systematically addressing current developments.

The proceedings volume of the conference “Enforcement and Recognition of Domestic and Foreign Arbitral Awards Created with Electronic Signatures,” held in cooperation with the Turkish Arbitration Academy, the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (ITOTAM), and Ibn Haldun University’s Dispute Resolution Practice and Research Center (UCAM), has been published by IHU Press in 2025.

UÇAM and Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law have published the book "Evaluations on the Draft of the New Enforcement and Bankruptcy (Compulsory Enforcement) Law", bringing together leading scholars' analyses on the draft legislation.

This volume, consisting of the abstracts of the papers presented at the Future of Mediation Symposium held on 14 November 2020, examines the current challenges of the mediation institution, transformations in practice, and future areas of development from a multidimensional perspective.
