The Center aims to contribute to everyone who does research and practice in the field of resolution of international legal disputes. In the Center, research projects will be carried out and supported within the scope of disputes related to international trade and investment, international construction and energy law, reports will be prepared and publications will be made in this direction. Research resources and opportunities (books, journals, internet-based publications, etc.) for those who want to specialize in the field of dispute resolution will be collected and made accessible at the Center. The center will support both undergraduate and graduate students' research and thesis studies, as well as sharing the knowledge and experience of academicians, lawyers and judicial staff, and improving their practice practices. In the Center, it is aimed to follow the international legislation on international trade, investment, construction and energy law, and to carry out studies and similar studies on the comparison, harmonization and preparation of national and international legislation.
