The abstract book of the “Future of Mediation III Symposium,” organized by the Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center (UÇAM) on April 17-19, 2026, has been published.
Prepared with contributions from expert academics, practitioners, and researchers in the field, the work comprehensively addresses current issues, areas of development, and future perspectives of mediation. The papers presented at the symposium contain important assessments regarding mediation practices in different fields such as labor law, commercial law, family law, and international dispute resolution.
