On December 5, 2023, "We Agree Between Us : Conflict Management through Peer Mediation Approach" with the students within the scope of the workshop project. The event, held at Ibn Haldun University Taş Mektep Campus, aimed to provide participants with conflict management skills as an important part of the BAP 2225 project for young people.
Experienced speakers Av. Arb. Recep Duran, Adv. Arb. Aliye Terzi Yılmaz and Adv. Arb. Nur Özden shared important information on effective conflict resolution among young people. The workshop taught the participants the peer mediation approach, and the workshop aimed to strengthen young people's understanding, empathy and cooperation skills by bringing them together with the students within the scope of the project.
The event, which started on December 5, 2023 at 16.30, aimed to promote healthy communication among young people, find effective solutions to problems and increase solidarity within the community. This valuable workshop was realized together with the students under the project and was considered as an important step towards increasing solidarity within the community by strengthening the positive interaction between young people.
