On October 24, 2024, the "Arbitration in Turkish States" event, organized in cooperation with the Turkish Arbitration Academy and Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center, was held with wide participation. Assoc. Dr. At the event moderated by A. Eda Manav Özdemir, Dr. Lecturer Member Can Eken discussed the arbitration legislation in Turkish States in detail, while Dr. Lecturer Member Doğan Gültutan presented important information about the functioning of arbitration institutions. Also, Dr. Lecturer Member Ömer Faruk Kafalı made a presentation in which he examined the subject in depth by evaluating the case statistics regarding investment arbitration in Turkish states. At the end of the event, Prof. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak made his evaluation speech and presented a broad perspective on the subject of arbitration.
