In his Communiqué, Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu comprehensively discussed the importance of the European Union's Directive 2023/970 in ensuring gender equality and the transformative role of transparency in eliminating gender pay inequality and the effect of the principle of transparency in preventing discrimination in workplaces, and presented the current situation and deficiencies in the legislation in terms of Turkish Law and presented solutions to the issue.
