The Symposium was held with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Justice, the Honorable President and Members of the 9th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, the Honorable judges of the Regional Courts of Appeal, valuable academics, representatives of employee and employer unions, and the decisions of the labor law departments of the regional courts of appeal for the year 2022 were evaluated and discussed at the Symposium. The Symposium, which has become traditional by being held for the second time this year, is of great importance as it is the first and only example of the evaluation of the decisions of the Regional Courts of Appeal.
