The institution of arbitration and other alternative resolution methods, which have a long history in Turkish law, are important legal institutions that support the justice service provided by the state and have become an integral part of modern legal systems. In view of this importance and in order to ensure the development of the aforementioned methods in our country, the "Symposium on Current Developments in Arbitration and Other Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods" was organized by the General Directorate of Law and Legislation of the Directorate of Administrative Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic on 2-3 February 2023 at the Exhibition Hall of the Presidential Complex. This book has been prepared within the framework of the papers presented at the Symposium in order to benefit our public institutions in their activities in this field and to draw attention to the importance of alternative dispute resolution methods.
