Prof. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak, a member of the Board of Directors of the Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center and a faculty member of the Department of Civil Procedure, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at the Faculty of Law, participated as a speaker in the “UTAUM Arbitration Day Program” held on April 10, 2026.

Prof. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak, a member of the Board of Directors of the Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center and a faculty member of the Department of Civil Procedure, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at the Faculty of Law, participated as a speaker in the “UTAUM Arbitration Day Program” held on April 10, 2026.

The program, which addressed current issues in arbitration law, evaluated topics such as national arbitration and interim legal protection measures in arbitration, arbitrability, annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards from different perspectives.

Prof. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak delivered a presentation on “Interim Legal Protection Measures in Arbitration” in the second session titled “Current Developments and Interim Legal Protection Measures in Arbitration.” The session also covered topics such as the voluntariness of arbitration agreements and current developments in international arbitration.

By bringing together academics and practitioners in the field of arbitration, the program made a significant contribution to the evaluation of theoretical and practical issues in arbitration law.
