New Book by Assoc. Prof. Ömer Faruk Kafalı Published by an International Academic Publisher
The new book by Assoc. Prof. Ömer Faruk Kafalı, faculty member at Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law and Deputy Director of UÇAM, addressing key issues in international arbitration law, has been published by Wolters Kluwer.
The book titled “Party-Appointed Experts in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration”, authored by Assoc. Prof. Ömer Faruk Kafalı, faculty member at Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law and Deputy Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution Studies and Research (UÇAM), has been published by Wolters Kluwer (Kluwer Law International), one of the world’s leading academic publishers.
In international arbitration practice, the appointment of party-appointed experts has become a common feature in both commercial and investment arbitration proceedings.
