Book of Evaluations Regarding the Draft New Enforcement and Bankruptcy (Compulsory Enforcement) Law Was Published
UÇAM and Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law have published the book "Evaluations on the Draft of the New Enforcement and Bankruptcy (Compulsory Enforcement) Law", bringing together leading scholars' analyses on the draft legislation.

The Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center (UÇAM) and the Faculty of Law at Ibn Haldun University have published a comprehensive academic book titled "Evaluations on the Draft of the New Enforcement and Bankruptcy (Compulsory Enforcement) Law." The publication is based on an online symposium held on 7 October 2025, where prominent scholars discussed the draft law in detail. The book is edited by Prof. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak, Prof. Dr. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Kafalı, and Res. Asst. H. Yağızhan Kol.

During the event, Prof. Dr. Oğuz Atalay and Prof. Dr. Muhammet Özekes examined key aspects of the draft, including the transformation of the ilamsız icra (non-judicial enforcement) system, document-based enforcement, the removal of special procedures for negotiable instruments, the abolition of privileged bank debt collection rules, and the structural distinction between individual (cüz'î) and collective (küllî) enforcement. Their analyses, enriched with critical evaluations of fundamental rights implications, have been compiled into this publication.

The book provides a structured and detailed overview of the draft law and serves as a significant reference source for academics, practitioners, and students interested in current developments in enforcement and bankruptcy law.
