The Conference Book on the Enforcement and Recognition of Domestic and Foreign Arbitral Awards Created with Electronic Signatures
The proceedings volume of the conference “Enforcement and Recognition of Domestic and Foreign Arbitral Awards Created with Electronic Signatures,” held in cooperation with the Turkish Arbitration Academy, the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (ITOTAM), and Ibn Haldun University’s Dispute Resolution Practice and Research Center (UCAM), has been published by IHU Press in 2025.

Published by Ibn Haldun University Press, the volume titled “Conference on the Enforcement and Recognition of Domestic and Foreign Arbitral Awards Created with Electronic Signatures” brings together current discussions—particularly on the enforcement and recognition of electronically signed arbitral awards—from both practice and scholarship.

The book includes speeches and papers delivered within the framework of the conference organized in cooperation with the Turkish Arbitration Academy, the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (ITOTAM), and Ibn Haldun University’s Dispute Resolution Practice and Research Center (UCAM). It examines, from multiple angles, how the legal regime of electronic signatures intersects with arbitral proceedings and the recognition/enforcement of arbitral awards.
