In this symposium, organized in cooperation with the Directorate of Mediation of the General Directorate of Legal Affairs, Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center and Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law, the most current developments in mediation law were comprehensively evaluated in twelve sessions. This symposium, held on 24-25 May 2024, is a continuation of the first event on 14 November 2020, and a total of 29 notifications were presented that will have a wide impact in the legal world.
In this important publication, suggestions regarding current legal regulations and the law that should be are included. This work, which serves as a guide for academics and professionals who are experts in the field of mediation, arbitration and conciliation, includes all current developments and solutions in the field.
