1st International Maritime Law and Technologies Symposium
The 1st International Maritime Law and Technologies Symposium (IMLTECH'25), organized in collaboration with Düzce University and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey, with Ibn Haldun University and the Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center (UÇAM) among its partners, will be held at Düzce University from November 20-22, 2025.

The symposium aims to bring together academics, researchers, students, and industry representatives working in the field of maritime law and technologies to discuss current developments in this area and evaluate future trends. UÇAM's work in this field aims to make significant contributions, particularly in new and rapidly developing areas such as maritime law and technologies and alternative dispute resolution for disputes arising in the maritime sector.

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan, is on the Honorary Board; our UÇAM Director, Prof. Dr. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu, our Deputy Director, Dr. Ömer Faruk Kafalı, and our Board Member, Dr. Gülnihal Ahter Yakacak, are on the Organizing Committee; and our Board Member Prof. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak is on the Scientific Committee. All interested parties are invited to this important symposium.
