The symposium aims to bring together academics, researchers, students, and industry representatives working in the field of maritime law and technologies to discuss current developments in this area and evaluate future trends. UÇAM's work in this field aims to make significant contributions, particularly in new and rapidly developing areas such as maritime law and technologies and alternative dispute resolution for disputes arising in the maritime sector.
Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan, is on the Honorary Board; our UÇAM Director, Prof. Dr. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu, our Deputy Director, Dr. Ömer Faruk Kafalı, and our Board Member, Dr. Gülnihal Ahter Yakacak, are on the Organizing Committee; and our Board Member Prof. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak is on the Scientific Committee.
