Cyber-Mobbing in Labour Law
Ayşenur Purde Usta, LL.M

Modern working life is undergoing a transformation rooted in digitalization. While this transformation offers various conveniences regarding organizational processes and structures, it also brings new challenges. Cyber-mobbing—one such challenge—can be defined as the manifestation of traditional mobbing behaviors through digital communication tools and online environments; however, it differs from the conventional mobbing phenomenon due to certain unique characteristics. This distinction necessitates a separate examination of cyber-mobbing within the context of labor law. This work examines the phenomenon of cyber-mobbing within the framework of labor law, covering relevant procedures, international instruments, and comparative legal perspectives.

Adopting an interdisciplinary approach, this work aims to provide solutions regarding care and care services while contributing to the establishment of a balanced, integrated, and sustainable legal framework for teleworking. The book serves as a valuable reference not only for academics, students, legal professionals, and stakeholders in the labor sector but also for policymakers interested in the legal perspective on this issue.
