Turkish Arbitration Academy

Turkish Arbitration Academy

A comprehensive cooperation is carried out between the Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center (UÇAM) and the Turkish Arbitration Academy with the aim of supporting a sustainable arbitration culture, promoting knowledge production, and training qualified human resources. The Turkish Arbitration Academy was established through the “Arbitration Academy Cooperation Protocol” signed on 5 April 2021 between the Presidency of Administrative Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Ibn Haldun University, and Istanbul Commerce University. The Academy serves the objectives of conducting high-quality academic research in the field of arbitration, organizing training programs, holding symposiums, conferences, and workshops, and establishing national and international collaborations.

Within the framework of this cooperation, UÇAM and the Turkish Arbitration Academy carry out joint activities aimed at enhancing research and education capacity in arbitration, coordinating national and international academic events, and encouraging the production of qualified scientific knowledge. This collaboration seeks to contribute to strengthening arbitration culture, training young researchers and practitioners, and enhancing Türkiye’s institutional and academic capacity in the field of arbitration.

The cooperation between UÇAM and the Turkish Arbitration Academy supports quality-oriented education, scientific production, and international engagement in line with the shared vision of the parties, thereby contributing to the goal of positioning Türkiye as one of the leading international arbitration centers.
