The Turkish Arbitration Academy was established pursuant to the “Arbitration Academy Cooperation Protocol” signed on 5 April 2021 between the Presidency of Administrative Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Ibn Haldun University, and Istanbul Ticaret University. Within the framework of this cooperation, the Academy aims to support high-quality academic research in the field of arbitration, to train researchers specialized in this area, and to enhance knowledge production through scientific events. It also seeks to contribute to the institutional development of arbitration through national and international collaborations and educational activities.
