Eskisehir Osmangazi University Arbitration and Mediation Application and Research Center (ESTAM)
Within the scope of the collaboration between Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center (UÇAM) and Eskişehir Osmangazi University Arbitration and Mediation Application and Research Center (ESTAM), the aim is to develop the academic and practical dimensions of alternative dispute resolution methods. This collaboration aims to increase the sharing of knowledge and experience in the fields of mediation and arbitration, support academic studies, and conduct joint scientific activities.
The protocol plans for joint activities such as symposiums, workshops, training programs, and academic research projects between the two centers. Furthermore, it aims to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration through events that bring together academics, practitioners, and students working in the field of dispute resolution.
Through this collaboration, the goal is to increase the production of academic knowledge in the field of arbitration and mediation, share best practices, and contribute to the development of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in Turkey.
