The Family Mediation Association aims to carry out various academic and scientific studies on the use of alternative dispute resolution methods in the resolution of family disputes, disputes arising from family businesses, and disputes concerning children. The Association also seeks to provide expert support to family and juvenile courts and to contribute to universities, the Justice Academy, bar associations, and other educational institutions by developing specialized training programs in this field. Within the scope of our cooperation with the Family Mediation Association, it is aimed to contribute to scientific and practice-oriented studies in the field of family and child-related disputes.
