The event titled “US Arbitration Law and Practice: 2025 Review”, organized in collaboration with Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center, Turkish Arbitration Academy, Istanbul Ticaret University, and the Secretariat General of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, will address the key developments in United States arbitration law and practice as of 2025.
The event will focus on recent trends in US arbitration practice, major practical issues, and legal developments of significance for international arbitration. The event will be moderated by Prof. Ali Yeşilırmak from Ibn Haldun University School of Law, and Laurence Shore, Partner at Seladore Legal, will participate as the speaker.
