The webinar, organized by the Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Application and Research Center (UÇAM), will address current developments in arbitration law in the United Kingdom and France. Titled “UK and French Arbitration Law and Practice (2025 Review),” the event will comprehensively evaluate the application of arbitration law within these two major legal systems and the recent significant changes.
Prof. Dr. Ali Yeşilırmak will moderate the program, while Dr. Doğan Gültutan and Attorney Cem Kalelioğlu will be speakers. The event, featuring contributions from expert speakers, will examine current issues in arbitration law from a comparative perspective.
