The “Symposium on Dispute Resolution in Public Procurement Contracts and Recent Developments” will be held on 9 January 2026 at the Istanbul Finance Center, in cooperation with the Turkish Arbitration Academy (Presidency of the Republic – Ibn Haldun University – Istanbul Commerce University), the Public Procurement Authority, Ibn Haldun University Dispute Resolution Research and Application Center (UÇAM), and the Istanbul Finance Center.
The symposium aims to address dispute resolution mechanisms in public procurement contracts, recent legal developments, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods, as well as current challenges in practice, in light of judicial decisions, academic analyses, and practical experience.
The event is open to public institutions, practitioners, academics, and all stakeholders interested in public procurement law, and seeks to provide a comprehensive platform for knowledge sharing and discussion in this field.
