The “Symposium on Dispute Resolution and Current Developments in Public Procurement Contracts” will be held on 9 January 2026 in cooperation with the Turkish Arbitration Academy (Presidential Secretariat – Ibn Haldun University – Istanbul Commerce University), the Public Procurement Authority, Ibn Haldun University Center for Dispute Resolution Research and Practice (UÇAM), and the Istanbul Finance Center.
The symposium will bring together representatives of public institutions, sector professionals, and participants interested in the field. Dispute resolution in public procurement contracts and recent developments will be discussed in light of court decisions and academic analyses. Practical challenges will also be addressed, with the aim of developing solution proposals.
The symposium will take place at the Istanbul Finance Center – Halkbank Headquarters Istanbul Conference Hall.
