Within the framework of the Family Mediation Series V, the event titled “Liquidation of the Matrimonial Property Regime in Family Mediation” will address the liquidation processes arising from the termination of matrimonial property regimes from a mediation perspective. The program will examine the legal framework governing the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes—particularly the regime of participation in acquired property—along with practical challenges encountered in implementation and the role of mediation in this process. Aiming to contribute to the peaceful and sustainable resolution of family disputes, the event will be moderated by Attorney Mediator Cansev Turan, with Attorney Mediator Neriman Uygur participating as the speaker.
