Family mediation plays an important role in resolving family disputes through alternative, out-of-court methods; however, due to the sensitive position of the parties and the nature of such disputes, it also entails various potential risk areas. Within this framework, the event to be held as part of the Family Mediation Series IV will address the legal, psychological, and ethical risks that may arise during the family mediation process from a multidimensional perspective.
The event will be moderated by Dr. Ömer Faruk Kafalı, Ph.D. (Deputy Director of the Ibn Haldun University Center for Dispute Resolution), with Attorney-Mediator Nur Özden participating as the speaker.
